We wanted to ensure that as a nursery chain we far exceeded the minimum legal requirements for numbers of qualified First Aiders in the workplace, by aiming for a 100% qualified team.

Completing the enforcement agent course provides an excellent opportunity for all service leavers and on successful certification allows you to start work immediately after leaving the forces. There is a lot to take in to pass the exam but the experienced staff at EndeavourUK make sure that you have the knowledge to pass the exam confidently. There’s a lot of paperwork to be completed for your court certificate however this is made very easy by the excellent administration team which complete most of it for you.

When attending court to receive your court certificate EndeavourUK will send one of their staff along to help you through the process. Standing in front of a judge can sound a bit nerve racking but you are only there for a couple of minutes and all the paperwork will have been prepared for you. The support from EndeavourUK is brilliant, I am now looking forward to and prepared for a career in the Enforcement industry.

Paediatric First Aid trained staff is essential within a nursery environment however to implement this can prove to be a costly process.
