This course has been designed for Court Certificated Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs) who have successfully completed the Level 3 Award in Taking Control of Goods (RQF) that wish to up-skill to gain the certificate ‘Level 3 Award in Taking Control of Goods Practical on street assessment for Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs)’. This practical assessment will assess that the learner can put what was learnt on the Level 3 Award in Taking Control of Goods (RQF) qualification in to a read life practice environment.

EndeavourUK developed the first Enforcement Agent / Bailiff Level 3 awarding body endorsed course in history. In early 2019 EndeavourUK worked with the awarding body to make the course into a qualification which is on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). Bailiffs are one of the world’s oldest professions but until now, no training of this level has been available. This assessment has been developed to help lift the quality and improve the standards and consistency within the industry. 

Who is the course for?

This course has been designed for Court Certificated Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs) who have successfully completed the Level 3 Award in Taking Control of Goods (RQF) that wish to up-skill to gain the certificate ‘Level 3 Award in Taking Control of Goods Practical on street assessment for Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs)’.  This practical assessment will assess that the learner can put what was learnt on the Level 3 Award in Taking Control of Goods (RQF) qualification in to a read life practice environment. 

Level 3 Award in Taking Control of Goods Practical on street assessment for Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs) will be issued to successful learners within 10 days of the assessment by EndeavourUK

What is covered on this course?

The practical assessment will assess the following:

  1. Ability to work within the laws and legislation for enforcement agents
  2. Ability  to enforce a case effectively
  3. Ability to identify potential hazards and carry out risk assessments in a real life situation
  4. Ability  to use observation to gain more knowledge of a case
  5. Ability  to communicate with a debtor effectively and confidently
Course Process:

You must successfully complete the Level 3 Award in Taking Control of Goods (RQF) course and obtain your county court enforcement agent certificate.  You can then request for one of our assessors to do the practical assessment while you are working your own cases. The assessor will come on street with you and they can give you guidance and support, helping improve the way you enforce.

The assessor will mark you to confirm you can apply what was learnt on the course in the classroom to real life. If the assessor is happy you have completed all areas they will sign you off and you will gain the ‘Level 3 Award in Taking Control of Goods Practical on street assessment for Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs)’ certificate.

Course Requirements:

For the course:

  • Assessment start at 6:00am. Please arrive at lease 15mins early.
  • This assessment will finish around 14:30pm so please ensure you have made arrangements to work to this time before you are booked on the assessment.
  • At the start of this assessment you will be required to show your EA / Bailiff certificate.
  • Dress Code: Smar
